Responsibilities

Planner Clerk is responsible for updating

summary production output, delivery, PO

Balance, stock balance, Incoming PO and filling

data

Prepare summary production report from each

Dept Production.

Update incoming report, delivery & shipment

report.

Update incoming PO from customer.

Prepare for daily production meeting.

Develop, implement and ensure compliance of

operating procedures in accordance with ISO

9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, chemical

substance control and Green Manufacturing

Programs.

Conduct the monthly Inventory, and perform

the stock analyses.

Requirements :

To succeed in this job role, the incumbent

should possess:

At least 1 Year Experience on planner clerk.

Minimum High school level or diploma

Able to work independently & team work

Good interpersonal skills

Able to work under pressure

Able to communicate in English & Bahasa
